Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
jiph will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jiph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jiph reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if we reasonably believe that the security of your account has been compromised.
jiph Casino accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jiph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jiph account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. jiph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
jiph may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details on your jiph account. jiph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
jiph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your jiph account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — please refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
jiph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or used by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. jiph is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was awarded.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jiph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiph shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service that are beyond jiph's reasonable control.
jiph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jiph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jiph's support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. jiph will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
jiph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jiph platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
